Secondary rhinoplasty procedure for the correction of the curve of the nose. From the front one can see a jutting out of the septum and an excessive narrowing of the nose bridge with a relative narrowing of the nasal valve and breathing difficulties.

The tip presents symmetrical nostrils and an excessive profusion of the columella. The profile shows a cartilaginous protrusion and the nose tip is out of proportion with the chin.
