Rhinoplasty procedure for the reduction of nose length and hump.
The patient’s nose septum and nasal pyramid were deviated. The excessive growth of the nose determined the protruding of the tip and upper lip, tensioning the entire nasal pyramid itself and creating a restriction of the nasal valve.
The patient furthermore had ethmoidal polyps. During the septorhinoplasty intervention the ethmoidal polyps were removed, and also in this case stents were not used.

In the photo below: the aesthetic results of the surgery. The rhinoplasty intervention strongly changed the size of the nose, though respecting the patient’s typical features and personality. One can note in fact how the patient’s profile and the entire face have become more natural and harmonious after rhinoplasty, compared to the original condition. The abnormal nose was corrected and is now normal.
