The malformation involves the base and nose tip combined with a deviation of the nasal septum. The surgical intervention required fine reconstructive procedures that entailed the grafting of cartilage taken from the nasal septum of the patient himself, to be inserted on the nasal dorsum and the filling up of the frontal nose corner. Through surgery, the nasal valve and nose tip were reconstructed, through the reshaping of the cartilage of the nose tip and cartilage grafts.
