Rhinoseptoplasty procedure
Surgery for functional nose surgery. The procedure corrects the distortion of the nasal septum.

Surgery for functional nose surgery. The procedure corrects the distortion of the nasal septum. The subject’s nose has a congenital malformation that creates a strong effect on aesthetics. The malformation involves the base and nose tip combined with a deviation of the nasal septum. Septorhinoplasty will be difficult due to the combination of various problems that involve both the functional and aesthetic aspects of the nose.

The surgical intervention required fine reconstructive procedures that entailed the grafting of cartilage taken from the nasal septum of the patient himself, to be inserted on the nasal dorsum and the filling up of the frontal nose corner. Through surgery, the nasal valve and nose tip were reconstructed, through the reshaping of the cartilage of the nose tip and cartilage grafts.
