The photograph of the frontal view of the face highlights the difference between the nose before the operation and that corrected surgically. The first image shows a wide tip with a deviation of the nasal pyramid.
The second photo was taken after the patient underwent rhinoplasty, and shows the reduction of the nose tip which now appears balanced with the septum and pyramid.
