The case in question is a typical example of how rhinoplasty can affect the entire harmony of the face, and resolve at the same time, a problem related to the proportions of the chin. Without turning to mentoplasty the chin seems less pronounced and is proportionate to the nose tip. The intervention performed on the nose reduced the protrusion of the nose itself, creating a gentler profile, and good balance with the roundness of the chin.
