The images show a complex case of nose tip correction. The patient presents a big problem at the nose tip caused by small and weak and, therefore, drooping cartilage. Moreover, the shape and feature of the nose tip were out of proportion with the chin. From the surgical viewpoint, the nose caused great difficulties from the technical profile caused by the need to lift and sustain the small and weak cartilage of the nose tip.The images below show a sequence of profiles before the rhinoplasty.
